The Right to Buy Service, part of the Home Ownership Team, Strategic Housing and Development, are pleased to offer the roles of Business Support Officer.

The successful post holders will work with a range of colleagues, including those in the Home Ownership Team and others from across the Council to progress Right to Buy applications, from initial application through to completion.

These roles are both back-office administration and customer facing roles. Much of your time would be spent processing applications in accordance with relevant legislation and best practice. Whilst also being the first point of contact for internal and external customers via all forms of contact, written, verbal, and the occasional face-to-face meeting.

We are looking for a candidates who are enthusiastic, customer focused, and detail orientated.
