What will you be doing?
As a Care & Support Assistant, you’ll support people to gain their independence, helping them to regain confidence to reach their goals and retain skills. You will support individuals to make choices around their personal care and needs, encouraging good nutrition and hydration and prompt socialisation and engagement in activities. Ensure that clear and accurate documentation is completed, and any concerns are reported to the Shift Leader or Nurse on duty.
We have a range of 14.75 or 18.25 or 37 hours per week, rotating shifts between: 7am-2pm and 2pm-9pm, with alternate weekends.

About you
As we offer full hands-on training with relevant certifications, you don't have to have experience. BUT you do need to have the want and will to make individuals feel seen and cared for.
At minimum we offer 2.5 weeks induction training and a further 2-4 weeks "Buddy scheme" too. We will settle you in, gradually.
This role is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and therefore subject to an enhanced DBS certificate, at our cost.
Please note: There is no option to offer sponsorship or transfer of. You must have Right to work in the UK.
