Job Title: Caseworker
Salary Range: £36,426 to £44,139 per annum (Pro rota)
Part-time (18 hours) Permanent

About the Role
Our in-house Home Improvement Agency (HIA) enables vulnerable residents to live independently. You will be providing advice, assistance and support to older or disabled residents who wish to adapt their homes.
You must be a highly motivated and enthusiastic Caseworker for our HIA who has experience of working within the HIA sector or another relevant area such as Housing, Social Care or Benefits advice.
You will be required to visit residents in their homes in order to undertake financial assessments, complete a holistic checklist and an understanding of the different types of adaptations undertaken by the HIA.
