The main purpose of the role is to support the Council to fulfil its statutory compliance duties. 

You will provide administrative support to the Housing Compliance and Building Safety Team including data collection and analysis, compiling spreadsheets and documents, maintaining data and monitoring compliance actions.

To be considered for this role it is essential that you have a Level 3 Data Technician Qualification and experience of analysing and recording statistical information including preparing data for presentation and reports.

Until 31st March 2026 employees paid at Band D and above are subject to a temporary pay reduction of 1.15% spread out by means of a monthly deduction from each pay period over the full financial year. In recognition of implementing this temporary measure, those who experience a pay reduction will be awarded three additional days leave (pro rata for part-time).
