Job Purpose: As a Customer Operations Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering an excellent experience for all visitors at Marine Hall. Under the supervision of the Customer Operations Managers, you will ensure a consistently high standard of service and actively promote tickets, goods and services during each customer interaction.
