You’ll iterate your tools frequently taking a reflective approach and to meet the needs of your team.

You’ll share your passion and knowledge in Agile ways of working and user-centred design with people around you and use your skills to support delivery and help build digital capability.

You’ll lead the collaborative, dynamic planning process – prioritising the work that needs to be done against the capacity and capability of the team.

You’ll use a range of approaches to support teams to succeed, identifying and resolving problems.

You’ll develop strong relationships with external partners and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.

You’ll tackle complex issues and identify opportunities for improvement .
