As our new Director of Families and Children’s Services, you’ll lead an innovative, forward-thinking team committed to delivering outstanding outcomes for children. From early support and statutory services, like our Integrated Front Door (MASH), through to adoption, you’ll drive continuous improvement and shape services that genuinely change lives.

We’re looking for an inspiring, results-driven leader who’s passionate about making a difference. You’ll bring senior-level experience in Families and Children’s services, strong technical knowledge across social work, and a proven track record of delivering successful, large-scale programmes.
