You’ll be responsible for delivering our education and inclusion strategy, preparing for our upcoming SEND inspection, and continuing to strengthen our partnerships to ensure a whole system approach. You’ll lead across a broad portfolio, including: SEND, Education Services 0-25 years, Alternative Provision, Education other than at school (EOTAS) Service, and the virtual school for children looked after. You’ll empower staff and play a significant role in maintaining the momentum of the positive change we’ve created.
