As our new Director, you’ll shape strategic initiatives that improve educational and broader outcomes for children, young people, and adult learners. An inclusive and compassionate leader; someone that can create and enable a collaborative, open, and trusting environment in which partnership with schools and other educational settings is effective and meaningful and where innovation and creativity can flourish.

You will have substantial experience of having led educational services and improvement work on a quest for genuine inclusion for all learners and a strong track record of building and maintaining excellent relationships with a broad range of stakeholders. If you bring experience of working in large, complex environments and possess leadership drive and grip to deliver sustained progress, then we want to hear from you.
