We are seeking a EHC Locality Administrator to support the Education, Health and Care (EHC) processes within this fast-paced busy team.

The post is full time 37 hours per week, with flexible working in the office and remotely following full training.

What will you be doing?

You will be supporting the EHC Officer and Locality Team Leader to carry out the EHC administration surrounding the statutory assessment process and maintaining of the EHC plans. 

This will include using Capita ONE database for which full training will be given.

About you

You will need to be organised with the ability to be able to work independently as you will have a caseload to monitor. 

You will need a good eye for detail and be able to ‘think out of the box’.

Time management and prioritising abilities are essential, along with excellent communication skills.

You will be part of a large team; therefore it is imperative that you are a good team player. 

Significant experience in using various IT packages is essential.

You will be comfortable working in a busy working environment, able to demonstrate great attention to detail in maintaining records and working to statutory deadlines.
