The Council has bold ambitions for Sheffield and the Council has commenced an exctiing period of transformation.  The Regeneration and Property Teams are working on creating new neighbourhoods including residential, commercial, leisure and cultural development and has a new opportunity for a trainee post for qualified graduates working towards membership of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.                 

As a constructive member of the Regeneration and Property teams, you will advise on development, property and estate management matters supporting the delivery of the Council’s vision for growth and achievement of Service and portfolio targets.
