The department oversees essential functions—revenues and benefits—andmanages high-profile services like parking. This role is atthe heart of our transformation. Your leadership will advance operational efficiency. You will ensure greater, more impactful outcomesfor our residents.
As Head of Technology and Customer Operations, you will play a central role in driving transformation across the council. You must be hands-on. Strategic.
