We have an exciting opportunity to join our Housing Standards Team to support the Council’s aim to improve housing standards and the quality of life for the residents of Hyndburn.

This role is for a fixed 12 month period working specifically on a Healthy Homes Project, which has been funded by the Department for Levelling Up, Housing & Communities. There is potential scope for extension.

You will be involved in the administration arrangements of the project as well as supporting the wider Housing Standards Team.

We are looking for a highly organised individual who has the ability to prioritise and problem solve with a meticulous approach to ensuring accuracy of data processing. You must have excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, a can do attitude and a willing to learn and develop this project.

The ideal candidate will be an excellent team player and have very good verbal and communication skills.  You will need to be organised and motivated and be able to work on your own initiative.
