We are seeking dynamic and experienced HR Policy & Project Managers to play a key role in the development, review and implementation of HR policies and key strategic projects aligned with the Council's Corporate Plan and emerging HR Workforce strategy.

We are committed to delivering quality services to our residents, and fostering a culture of trust, fairness, and inclusion. We also recognise the importance of investing in our people and developing innovative HR strategies to support our workforce.

You will be CIPD qualified or have extensive policy and/or employee relations experience; with excellent written, verbal and critical thinking skills. You should have proven project management experience and be skilled at working with a wide variety of stakeholders and senior managers to influence decision making.

As an HR Policy & Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading the development, review, and implementation of HR policies and key strategic projects. Working closely with senior management, you will shape our HR policies to align with our corporate plan and workforce strategy, ensuring they promote a culture of high performance and employee empowerment.
