An opportunity exists within the busy Learner Support Services Team for a highly motivated Support Officer.
This is a varied and demanding role where the post holder will be the first point of contact for parents, students, schools and Passenger Assistants on home to school transport and you will liaise with these stake holders to take details of issues that may arise with the day to day running of school transport.
Home to School Transport employ over 170 Passenger Assistants who travel with children on our transport. You will support the service providing day to day clerical admin support across the Team. This will also extend to the Free School Meals Service, School Admissions and Admissions Appeals Teams.
