You will support the effective and efficient implementation of our people strategy through the design and delivery of Organisational Development & Learning initiatives.
We are passionate about investing in our workforce and offer the opportunity to study for CIPD qualifications via our apprenticeship routes. Depending on skills and experience, this role would involve completion of an appropriate apprenticeship qualification, such as Business Administration Level 3.
Our benefits
We offer a wide range of benefits to our employees, these include:
What will you be doing?
You will support the planning, coordination and delivery of all learning and development activity, employee engagement and induction initiatives, acting as an interface between the L&D function and a range of business wide stakeholders.
You will undertake a range of general administration duties for the L&D team to support the delivery of key L&D projects which facilitate the delivery of organisational business and service plans.
About you
You don’t need experience across all aspects of the job as that will form part of your development journey, but you will need strong IT skills, particularly in Excel, and good organisation skills, as this is the central to the role.
Ideally you will have some experience of working in a busy office environment, and have an interest in people development. You will have an eye for creating visual content in a clear and interesting way using a variety of software.
You’ll need to have a professionally curious and adaptable approach to working, with a desire to continually improve how we do things. Ideally you should have strong analytical skills and be good at spotting trends and be willing to identify possible solutions.
If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you!
