The Partnership Team collaborate with organisations across the borough and beyond to nurture and sustain key partnerships. This includes the work of the Rotherham Together Partnership, South Yorkshire Mayoral Combined Authority, central government and think tanks.

As the Partnership Manager, you’ll develop mutually beneficial, proactive and trusted relationships. In this influential role, you’ll shape our future policy and strategy, informed by research, evidence and engagement. You will also coordinate the development and implementation of action plans to ensure that we deliver on our priorities.

You’ll bring creativity and a can-do attitude to the role, inspiring both confidence and engagement. As you’ll be working closely with senior officers from across the council and with partners, you’ll have shown you can build relationships and forge strong and robust partnerships.

A talent for communicating, both in person and on paper, is vital too, so you can drive buy-in for change across the borough. Adaptable and well-organised, you will be able to work under pressure – within a team environment and on your own initiative  to meet challenging deadlines.
