We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Performance Manager to take a lead role in the central Performance and Business Intelligence Service.
Working closely with service leadership teams, you will help drive the further development and delivery of a modern performance and data intelligence framework for Adult Social Care which meets service, council, national and new regulatory requirements.
You will have a key role in understanding current and future demands across the council, the effectiveness of our services and the difference we are making to local people and the communities in which they live.
You will lead on performance services for Adult Social Care but may also be called upon to support services across the council and partnership, in line with developing service and organisational priorities.
Using evidential techniques, you will lead others to provide a high support and high challenge model to colleagues across the council. This will include creating and developing performance monitoring frameworks, associated tools and proactively seeking improvement solutions.
Where there are no existing monitoring systems, you will work with the service and other colleagues to establish new systems and solutions. You will also lead information gathering and data analysis tasks in response to adhoc requests, benchmarking activities and statutory returns.
