We are looking for someone who is confident, friendly and customer focused to join our busy Single Point of Access teams. Our Single Point of Access teams across Westmorland and Furness deal with incoming calls and enquiries both over the phone and electronically from our customers and their representatives and professionals. They are responsible for gathering information and starting the assessment process to support triage to get the best outcome for our customers, signposting where appropriate and identifying possible Safeguarding concerns.
Who we are looking for
This is a crucial role in the Adult Social Care system and can be both challenging yet rewarding. We work with a wide range of stakeholders, from the Adult Social Care wider teams to external professionals and organisations. It is a busy team and requires the need to be skilled in ICT and be able to prioritise and complete accurate work to a high standard.
