You’ll lead commissioning across adult social care, children’s services, and public health – influencing over £300 million in care spend. You’ll drive innovation, quality, and value, while ensuring our services are inclusive, responsive, and co-designed with the people who use them.

You’ll also lead our business support and transformation functions, helping shape a modern, data-driven, and person-centred care system.

We’re looking for someone with vision, drive, and a deep understanding of commissioning, market shaping, and partnership working. You’ll be a collaborative leader who can inspire teams, influence across systems, and deliver real impact.
