We have an opportunity for a part- time permanent (27.5 hours) Duty Manager at Meadowfield leisure centre.
WHAT IS INVOLVED?
You will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the venue providing a high-quality service to customers, that is safe, efficient and enjoyed by users; supporting the Operations Manager to maximise income and to lead a team that is motivated, positive, customer focussed and that implements a “can do” culture in line with the thrive values.
You will act as a physical activity advocate, proactively encouraging and supporting customers to live a healthy lifestyle.
