DurhamLearn and DurhamEnable work in partnership to deliver Supported Internships for young people aged 18–24 with an Education, Health & Care Plan (EHCP). With increased enrolment for 2025/26 — now supporting 13 interns — it’s an exciting time to come on board!
What’s the role about?
As a Job Coach Assistant, you’ll play a key role in helping Supported Interns gain the skills and confidence they need to succeed in paid employment. Working across local workplaces and communities, you’ll:
