We have an exciting role on offer within our Community Learning Service as a Business Engagement Coordinator.

The Middlesbrough Employment Hub plays a crucial role in delivering high-quality, impactful services that support residents in securing employment, accessing training, and developing their skills.

The business engagement coordinator will work directly with the employment hub staff team and also economic growth teams to engage with local businesses and increase local employment opportunities for residents of Middlesbrough. 

The role will manage a team of business engagement assistant coordinators to provide direction, daily operations and ongoing service improvements to ensure that business engagement support programs effectively align with Middlesbrough Community learning objectives and residents need.
