As Library Manager – Service Development, you’ll lead the development of our library offer, championing innovation, securing external funding and building strong partnerships that help deliver outstanding services for local communities.
About the Role
As part of our Libraries senior management team, you’ll oversee key development projects, build strong partnerships and support staff and volunteers to focus on performance and service improvement. Working with the Library Strategy groups, the Area teams and a wide range of internal and external partners, you’ll help shape services that meet the needs of local communities.

You’ll bring strategic vision, strong partnership skills and experience leading service improvements, ideally from a public library perspective. You’ll be confident with project management, innovation and using data and insight to guide change, and you’ll be passionate about delivering excellent library services for communities.
