Job Title: Business Rates Officer
Salary Range: £32,841 – £45,564 per annum

We are looking forward to appointing two motivated and skilled Business Rates Officers to join our Finance Directorate within the Better Service Partnership.This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a high‑performing, fast‑paced team that plays a key part in supporting the Council’s financial stability.
As a Business Rates Officer, you will be responsible for the accurate and efficient administration of Non‑Domestic Rates (NNDR).You will work as part of a dynamic team committed to achieving strong performance against challenging financial and operational targets.
About the role
You will be an enthusiastic and committed team player with up‑to‑date knowledge of Business Rates legislation and a strong understanding of NNDR processes. You should be able to work confidently with minimal supervision and demonstrate:
