record of innovation and transformation. As we continue to modernise
services, strengthen financial resilience, and deliver on our digital
ambitions, we are seeking two dynamic Assistant Directors to play pivotal
corporate leadership roles.

We have two very exciting opportunities available at senior leadership
level – one is a newly created post (Deputy S151 Officer) and the
other (Assistant Director – ICT and Digital Transformation) is due to the
retirement of the current postholder.

You will provide strategic leadership across ICT operations, cyber and infrastructure, data and insights, and digital transformation. Building strong relationships, leading major programmes, and ensuring resilient, value for money services. You will inspire teams, engage stakeholders and deliver innovative digital solutions that improve customer experience and performance.

We welcome applications from experienced ICT and digital leaders with a Level 6 IT qualification (or equivalent experience), proven strategic leadership in complex environments, and a track record of driving service improvement and modernisation.
