Highways Services is looking for a Programme Planner to join their Team.
 
WHAT IS INVOLVED?
To lead and support the planning, coordination, and monitoring of design and construction programmes for highways, street lighting, and structures. You’ll ensure projects are delivered on time, performance is tracked, and quality standards are met.

WHAT WILL I NEED?

  •  NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Qualification or work towards New Roads and Street Works Act or Traffic Management Act. 
  • Experience using IT systems such as Microsoft Project, Debs, and GIS mapping.
  • Experience in project programming and budget monitoring.
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders and in team environments.
  • Familiarity with quality systems (IMS 55001 and 45001 SSIP).
  • Experience analysing data from various sources and applying findings to improve processes.
  • Experience working in a highways service or similar local authority environment
