An exciting opportunity has arisen for a NETPark Property Assistant to provide property and building support services, helping to deliver customer-focused management across the NETPark group of buildings managed by Business Durham.
 
WHAT IS INVOLVED?

You will advise the Property Support Officer & Deputy Manager of any cleaning, maintenance, mechanical issues on site and action accordingly – checking all remedial works have been carried out appropriately.

You will be responsible for the daily inspection of premises and ensure that no hazards. Ensure all buildings are adequately heated – this will include monitoring all boiler and plant facilities – with the Property Support Officer.

You will check that compliance related equipment including fire equipment, alarm and security systems and defibs are inspected and recorded accordingly with the Property Support Officer

WHAT WILL I NEED?
 

  • Good time management and prioritizing skills
  • Ability to work both as a team member and unsupervised, using own initiative where necessary.
  • Effective communication skills in order to liaise with tenants, contractors, visitors etc.
