Join our Team in the Regeneration, Environment & Economic Growth Directorate and make a real impact by delivering high‑quality, confidential PA support to the Service Director and wider management team in Planning & Highways. What You’ll Be Doing
No two days are ever the same. You’ll be at the centre of a busy and dynamic team—responding swiftly to urgent requests, anticipating what’s needed next, and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
You’ll take ownership of complex diary management, demonstrate excellent customer care, communicate with confidence, and use IT systems effectively to support your work. Your organisation, attention to detail, and calm approach will be essential to your success.
Teamwork and Support
You’ll be well supported from day one, working closely with senior management team in the Regeneration, Environment & Economic Growth Directorate and the senior PA Team. It’s an ideal role for developing and strengthening your administrative and secretarial skills in a collaborative environment.
Working Hours
Enjoy a balanced and flexible working pattern with core hours of:
Monday–Thursday: 08:30–17:00
Friday: 08:30–16:30
