Help deliver the infrastructure that supports a growing borough
The Royal Borough of Greenwich is seeking two Planning Obligations Officers to join our Planning Obligations Team at an exciting time of change and growth.
These roles will play a key part in administering, monitoring and reporting on developer contributions, with a particular focus on the Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) and the introduction of the Building Safety Levy. The successful candidates will help ensure that funds generated through development are collected, managed and invested effectively to support local infrastructure, communities and neighbourhood improvements.
Working within a specialist team, you will collaborate with Planning, Finance, Legal Services, developers and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with legislation, maintain robust monitoring systems and provide high-quality financial and performance reporting.

We are looking for motivated and organised individuals who have:
Experience of working within planning, local government, developer contributions, CIL, Section 106 agreements, development management, finance or a related field would be advantageous.
Knowledge of the Community Infrastructure Levy, planning obligations and emerging developer contribution regimes, including the Building Safety Levy, would be particularly beneficial.
