What you’ll do
This is a varied role. Day‑to‑day, you will work from home and in employer settings, planning your own workload to deliver outstanding coaching and assessment.
We have a high level of achievements and work very closely in partnership with our customers – their successes are our successes.
About you
As part of the role, you will bring a dedicated and positive approach to training and adult learning, using your influence to motivate teams to prioritise and invest in their ongoing development.
Working arrangements
This is a hybrid and flexible role.
You’ll have a base at one of our North Yorkshire Council locations, with the ability to work from home and other suitable locations. The role will involve travel across the county as needed for operation needs of observation, occasional meetings and CPD.
