The ideal candidate will be an experienced Admin assistant and have worked in a legal team or equivalent environment.
Office attendance will be required 2-3 days a week.
Experience of word and excel, photocopying and filing essential. Experience of working with a case management system desirable preferably from a local authority perspective.
The successful candidates must be confident and experienced in order to be able to hit the ground running and have the ability to carry a varied case load covering all aspects of administration.
The candidate will need to be proactive, work well under pressure, self-reliant as well as work as part of a wider team.
In addition to the above, you may also have the opportunity to undertake training under the Institute for Apprentices through the apprenticeship levy in order to gain an additional qualification.
The successful candidate will gain considerable exposure to a varied workload with a high level of responsibility and extensive client contact.
