A vacancy has arisen within Business Services for a full time permanent Business Support Officer to play an active part as a team member in providing business support to users of our service.

WHAT IS INVOLVED

You will be responsible for managing and dealing with incoming MP Correspondence including liaison with MP caseworkers where necessary and officers within the Services.

You will also be responsible for preparing and finalising draft responses for approval to ensure deadlines are met and assist in implementing new technologies that will enable continuous improvement of service delivery.

WHAT WILL I NEED?

You should have NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Business Administration or relevant subject area.

INTERVIEWS

It is anticipated that interviews will be held on week commencing 19th January 2025.
