Chief Executive
Salary: £175,000 – 195,000 plus returning officer allowance

Gloucestershire is the envy of many and we’re looking for an exceptional new Chief Executive to take things to the next level.

As Chief Executive, you’ll lead our talented senior team, setting the standards and ethos for colleagues across the organisation to follow. You’ll be able to be a credible leader on the local, regional and national landscape, positioning Gloucestershire for continued success.

As well as welcoming applications from experienced Chief Executives, we also welcome applications from candidates for whom this would be their first Chief Executive position. The ability to lead an innovative agenda and successfully transform complex organisations and systems is more important to us than previous tenure as a Chief Executive.
