Many of our pupils have additional co-occurring needs such as ADHD. Our curriculum is highly personalised and adapted. It is designed to meet each child’s unique learning profile and help them achieve meaningful progress.

Why Join Evergreen?

At Evergreen, you will be part of a supportive, collaborative and caring school community. Staff wellbeing and professional growth matter to us. You will benefit from:
High-quality induction and ongoing professional development, including specialist SEN and Autism training
Strong, experienced leadership that values and listens to its staff
A friendly, skilled and enthusiastic team of teachers, support staff and therapists

Lead, direct and deploy support staff effectively to promote outstanding learning
Contribute to the smooth day-to-day running of the class and wider school
Work closely with leaders, therapists and families to provide the best possible experience for every child.
Experience of teaching pupils with SEND and Autism is advantageous but not essential. All necessary training will be provided for the right candidate. What matters most is your enthusiasm, creativity, reflective approach and resilience.
