This is a full-time, permanent role with a salary of £32,962 - £36,791 per annum.

This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic Community Development Officer to join our Communities team.
The Role:
This is an exciting role working directly with residents to connect them with local support services and the voluntary sector. You will listen, understand their needs, and connect them with local services that promote independence and wellbeing. Working alongside adult social care teams, you will help shape personalised plans that reduce reliance on statutory services. This role reports to the Community Prevention Manager but will work closely with adult social care teams.
