We’re seeking a visionary leader to become our Corporate Director – Adults & Health, driving integrated, person-centred care that supports our residents and strengthens our communities. This is a career-defining role in a borough that’s redefining itself.

You’ll lead a wide-ranging portfolio including adult social care, safeguarding, public health, and integrated commissioning. You’ll be our statutory Director of Adult Social Services and Caldicott Guardian, working closely with NHS partners to tackle health inequalities and improve outcomes.

This is a pivotal moment for Newham. You’ll help modernise services, embed a culture of excellence, and champion prevention and early intervention. You’ll manage shared support across Adults and Children’s services, ensuring operational synergy and value for money.
