We are looking to recruit for a Customer Service Officer to join an established team at Sandwell Libraries - Outreach Library Service. You will drive the service fleet and perform office duties, which include delivering multi-drop services for the Home Library and/or Mobile Library and the internal courier for Sandwell Libraries and Archives.
You will be responsible for providing a high-quality library service to individuals and groups with limited access to their local library due to disability, illness, or caring responsibilities.
