The Deputy Director of Adult Social Services is a qualified social worker role. As Deputy DASS, you will provide day-to-day operational leadership across the service, leading on quality, performance and safeguarding while progressing the redesign of services within a neighbourhood model. You will need strong operational experience and the confidence to represent the Council across the wider health and care system.
