Ashfield District Council's Digital Transformation programme is an exciting opportunity to deliver digital change. It’s an exciting time to join us. We're searching for people-focused digital advocates to join our team. We’re focused on improving services for our residents and making our council truly digital. We are looking for a Business Relationship Lead to join the team who will work collaboratively with colleagues across the whole organisation to deliver this.

You will investigate business problems which could be solved using process improvement and digital services, addressing the root cause of a services challenges by using insight into specific digital trends and capabilities that could improve them.

This role offers hybrid working with an expectation that the successful candidate will travel when required but the organisation does utilise Microsoft Teams and Outlook for meetings and communication where appropriate.
