The Roles
Director of Adult Social Care

As Director of Adult and Social Care, you will lead safe, compliant and high-quality adult social care under the Care Act and CQC framework. You will oversee safeguarding, commissioning, prevention and market shaping, leading a £134m service and 330 FTE workforce. This is a high-accountability role requiring strong professional credibility, financial discipline and political confidence.
