This is a pivotal role, providing strategic leadership in the development and delivery of corporate asset management plans and service asset strategies. You will ensure our property estate aligns with service priorities, supports our Fairer Westminster objectives, and enables the Council to meet future challenges with confidence.

We are seeking an exceptional leader with a proven track record of delivering within large, complex organisations. You will bring a strong track record in developing and leveraging a high-profile corporate property portfolio. With strong skills in partnership working with both commercial and public sector bodies, you will also demonstrate effective financial and resource management, including oversight of large budgets and performance delivery. Above all, you will be an inspiring leader, capable of building high-performing teams and nurturing talent at every level.
