You’ll spearhead the revitalisation of our infrastructure and asset management that will, ultimately, define the Colchester of tomorrow. This is your opportunity to influence strategic estate management, forge impactful external partnerships, and drive Colchester’s ambitious growth and development. By collaborating with finance and data teams, you’ll lead a strategic overhaul that results in a formidable corporate landlord model. Plus, you’ll work closely with elected members and community stakeholders to ensure our strategies align with both the council’s objectives and the needs of our residents.

As a hands-on leader, you’ll inspire a culture of continuous improvement whilst overseeing a suite of commercial properties, including the Colchester United F.C. stadium and developments such as the Northern Gateway.

You’ll also enhance income generation and ensure our financial viability by creating innovative solutions and strategic plans that maximise the value from heritage properties and modern commercial spaces.
