Manchester City Council is recruiting a dynamic Director of Housing Operations to lead our housing delivery functions and ensure high quality services that strengthen neighbourhoods across the city. You will oversee estate and tenancy management, building safety, asset management, repairs and maintenance, resident engagement and housing performance—ensuring services are efficient, customer focused and aligned with the Our Manchester approach. 

As a senior strategic leader, you will inspire your high performing teams, drive cultural and service improvement, in particular driving transformation for our asset management and repairs programme, manage significant budgets and represent the Council regionally and nationally. You will bring strong political awareness, strategic vision, and a passion for delivering great homes and places that help residents thrive.
