A market supplement of £0.53p per hour is currently being applied to this role and will be payable once you have been in post for 6 months.   The Market Supplement will be applied to both your basic salary and to any additional hours, uplifting the hourly rate to £13.18 per hour.  There will also be the option to take this as a lump sum annually if preferred.

Who we are looking for…

We are looking for someone who is motivated and proactive. You will be responsible for organising and completing all cleaning duties in the home.

Knowledge of COSHH and infection control is desirable, but full training will be given.

About Our Home

Bridge House is a 37 bedded residential home for older adults living with dementia, sensory impairment, and physical frail.

Bridge House is divided into 3 floors, with all the floors containing separate dining/communal areas
