The Role
You’ll have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills, build technical expertise in leisure operations and pool plant management, and contribute directly to the commercial success of a growing service.

What You’ll Be Doing
What we need from you:
· Flexible approach to working hours, including weekends and evenings
· Awareness of safeguarding children and vulnerable adults
· Aware of health and safety practices
· Previous experience in the leisure industry (including health and safety management) is desirable but not essential, ideally covering both wet and dry facilities.
This position is subject to a satisfactory enhanced DBS check and other pre-employment checks.
