About the role

As Executive Director – Finance & Resources, you will lead our financial strategy, ensuring strong governance, commercial performance, and long‑term sustainability. You will play a critical role on the YPO Board, guiding organisational direction, overseeing financial planning and risk, and shaping business performance. This high‑impact and highly visible role spans financial leadership, governance, legal, IT, and business change/ business intelligence. You will oversee financial planning, risk management and organisational performance, while ensuring that YPO’s systems, data, and corporate service functions enable innovation, insight, and effective decision‑making. This is a pivotal opportunity for a credible, forward‑thinking leader who can bring strategic clarity, build confidence, and drive organisational excellence across a diverse and influential portfolio.

This role is not a typical public sector appointment. It will offer you pace, innovation, and commercial challenge in a competitive market environment, combined with the sense of purpose that comes from delivering services that benefit communities.
