Job Title: Housing Application Development and Support Officer
Salary Range: £43,545 – £55,992 per annum
Permanent – Fulltime (36 Hours)
Location: Wandsworth, London
Other essential information: This is a hybrid role, currently mostly remote
Are you someone who enjoys using technology to improve services, solve problems and help people get the best from business systems?
As a Housing Application Development and Support Officer, you will play a key role in supporting, developing and improving NEC Housing, the department’s core digital system for delivering housing services to residents.
You will provide frontline support to users, gather and document requirements, test and implement system changes, and help ensure that new processes and modules are introduced effectively.You will also produce SQL reports and Power BI dashboards, deliver user training, maintain guidance materials, and contribute to continuous improvement so that the system supports efficient, accurate and resident-focused service delivery.
