We are looking for an experienced Housing Team Leader to join our Homeless Prevention team on a permanent basis.
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly driven individual who has the ability to effectively manage a team to achieve outstanding outcomes with their detailed understanding and experience of housing & homelessness legislation.

WHAT IS INVOLVED?
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of Durham County Council's rough sleeper outreach service as well as supporting the Homeless Prevention Service manager with wider service delivery.
You will manage the performance of the team to ensure appropriate, timely outreach work is undertaken. You will also co-ordinate with various stakeholders to ensure the delivery of a robust service.
You will monitor and report on performance against key outcome measures and seek to deliver continuous improvement regarding the council's delivery of rough sleeping and wider homelessness services.
