We are looking to recruit a motivated and dynamic Human Resources and Organisational Development (HROD) Framework Officer to lead the commissioning, procurement and contract management of the Council’s Apprenticeship Training and Assessment, Learning and Development, and other associated HROD and Early Careers services and contracts.

Who we are looking for…

Key responsibilities include all aspects of tendering, providing advice and guidance on the routes to procurement and contract management, developing tender documents and KPI’s, quality and financial management and developing and maintaining multiple supply chains.
